What we know.
In September 2026, The Tribune reported a collaboration between GB Realty and international luxury brand Jacob & Co. “to introduce branded residences to the region.”
Jacob & Co. was founded in New York in 1986 by Jacob Arabo and is known for high jewellery and complicated watches. The brand has previously partnered on residential projects in the UAE, including Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences in Dubai.
No further project specifics have been officially released. This page will be updated only with information confirmed by GB Realty or Jacob & Co.
