Jacob & Co. was founded in New York in 1986 by Jacob Arabo. The house is best known for high jewellery and for technically ambitious watches, including the Astronomia collection.

In recent years the brand has lent its name and design language to real estate. In November 2022, Binghatti Properties announced Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences in Dubai’s Business Bay, planned as one of the world’s tallest residential towers. In December 2024, Ohana Development and Jacob & Co. announced Jacob & Co. Beachfront Living by Ohana in the UAE.
Branded residences in India
India’s luxury buyers are increasingly familiar with branded homes, and international names have begun to partner with Indian developers. When evaluating any such project, rely on official announcements from both the developer and the brand, and confirm RERA registration before booking.
GB Realty × Jacob & Co.
In September 2026, The Tribune reported that GB Realty is collaborating with Jacob & Co. to introduce branded residences to the region. Location, configurations, launch timing and RERA details have not yet been officially announced.
